GREAT NEWS UPDATE!!!

Well I have some very, very, very good news!
We're going to have Baby #2!
We took this test and I will be heading off to the doctor in a couple weeks.
Due date should be in March sometime,
Yea Momma is excited!!!

Fun with my train, until....

This is one of many toys that Hadrien received for his birthday...it's an alphabet train that he has recently learned to ride & climb all over...

This particular night Hadrien's Nino was over visiting & he happened to laugh VERY very loudly...it scared the pants off of baby boy & mommy couldn't help but snap a picture before his Nino picked him up & comforted him. (Mean mom!)

Popie's 70th Birthday

May 29, 2009 - The family got together at Rustler's Rooste for Popie's 70th birthday! John Jr., Jeremiah & I (grandkids) all made it as well as Hadrien & Stormie (great-grandkids)! Popie had a great time as did we all. He wasn't afraid to show off his dance moves either as he asked not only all of his girls (Kathy, Teri, Susan & Geri...Jessica...Melissa, Shannon & Nana Jewell), but even a lady from the table behind us out onto the dance floor!

Here's Miss Stormie (10 months old on June 7th)

Mr. Hadrien Thomas (16 months) reachin' for the camera.

How bout this cute little had that doubles as the kids menu on the back! He'd only keep it on for a second (at least we caught the pic!)

Family

The family endures because it offers the truth of mortality and immortality within the same group. The family endures because, better than the commune, kibbutz, or classroom, it seems to individualize and socialize its children, to make us feel at the same time unique and yet joined to all humanity, accepted as is and yet challenged to grow, loved unconditionally and yet propelled by greater expectations. Only in the family can so many extremes be reconciled and synthesized. Only in the family do we have a lifetime in which to do it. -Letty Cottin Pogrebi
